As CPC entered its 50th year, the organization was navigating growth, complexity, and a rapidly shifting housing landscape. They needed a 2025 Annual Report that could do more than recap the year — it needed to reflect scale, reinforce credibility, and unify their story under one clear message: One CPC.
We partnered with CPC to design and develop an interactive digital report experience, supported by a print teaser, downloadable web PDF, and social media assets. Together, we translated a year of unprecedented impact into a cohesive, engaging narrative that honored their legacy while positioning them for the next 50 years of mission-centered growth.
