Jessica Perilla

Chief Creative Officer

Jessica (Jes) Perilla is the Founder and CEO of JPD Studio®, an award-winning, women- and minority-led creative studio based in New York City. With 26 years of experience spanning design, technology, and brand strategy, she has built a career at the intersection of creative innovation, entrepreneurship, and social impact.

A Bronx native and Colombian American entrepreneur, Jes founded JPD Studio in 2007 with a deliberate vision: to build an all-women creative technology team, challenge traditional industry norms, and elevate voices historically underrepresented in design and technology. Under her leadership, the studio has become a trusted creative partner to nonprofits, cultural institutions, government agencies, and visionary leaders, developing distinctive brands and digital experiences that inspire action and drive meaningful change.

Jes began her career at the nonprofit Partnership for a Drug-Free America, where she developed an early understanding of design's power to influence public awareness and social change. She later shared her expertise as an instructor of web design and development at the School of Visual Arts and currently serves on the Board of Directors at The College of Westchester.

Jes brings cultural fluency, an artist's perspective, and a developer's precision to her work. Through JPD Studio, she continues to champion a more inclusive creative industry while helping organizations translate ambitious ideas into powerful, lasting impact.
