Sometimes our clients know they want to change an existing website design or functionality, but it’s not immediately clear what should be done or how to proceed. This is when we recommend our clients engage with us in a Discovery Phase.

During a Discovery Phase, the JPD Studio team will carefully review your site and provide you with an assessment report, which, for example, might include suggested layout and content for your site. We will then review this analysis with you to determine what items you’d like to move forward with in a project. Once you have determined what updates you’d like to make, we will provide you with a full proposal, with cost estimates and time frames for that work. Upon completion of this work, both you and our team will have a defined scope as a guide for a successful, efficient and effective project.
