What do you need if you’re going to update my existing website?
We’ll need your hosting login name and password and your FTP login name and password. You should have this information in an email from the hosting company when you purchase hosting. If you don’t have this information, the web developer who previously worked on your site should have it. We’d also be happy to step in and help you obtain this information if you’d like!
